...if you have inadvertently setup a recurring payment via PayPal, you can cancel the recurring payment via your PayPal account. This does not mean that the client’s account will be inactivated, or canceled. All payments applied to the account will remain, you will just need to make the payment monthly as needed each month. You do not need to file a dispute.

...if the inmate has lost access to the service due to a blocked contact, they only need a new contact domain, which you can get via our support center, or via email. When you give them the new domain name for the new contact, please let them know to ask Support for a service credit for any down time. We will provide them a credit for each unused day since they lost access to the service.

...if you accidentally paid for the service twice, you may of course file a dispute, however it is generally quicker to avoid the dispute resolution process and just contact support, who will refund the payment immediately. When it is done this way, we can manually adjust the client’s account, so they do not lose service. When a dispute is filed, we do suspend the service in case the payment was not authorized.
If the payment was Unauthorized, then please let us know, and we will not only refund the payment, but compile all Network IP and Security information to assist in PayPal's investigation of the fraudulent transaction.
